Application Update

A few days ago I received noticed that my dental information had expired. I was told that I was going to need an updated dental evaluation. It expired because it had been a year since i last did it. I was planning on leaving last october so my dental information would have been valid. Now that am I leaving 6 months after my dental expired new information is needed. My appointment is July 2.
